Your site rental time begins when your guests start arriving. We allow set up on the same day starting at 9am. This is included at no additional charge. Tear down must be completed one hour after your event ends and is included as well. We ask that your event be wrapped up by 11:30pm and clean up completed by 12:30am.

Friday thru Sunday Events

$6,000 for six hours and $300 per hour for additional hours up to 11:30pm

Pricing for 2021 dates: $6,000 for six hours and $300 per hour for additional hours up to 11:30pm

Monday thru Thursday Events

$300 per hour, with a two hour minimum

Booking & Deposit Information

$500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a date. Balance is due 90 days prior to the event.

A separate check for $300 Security Deposit is required at 90 days prior to the event, but is refunded after the event once it has been verified that no damage has been done to the site.
